Usage Instructions

1. Pre-use PreparationWear the therapy belt closely on the ankle, adjust the tightness for a snug and comfortable fit without excessive compression. Ensure the contact surface is clean and dry before use.
2. Operation StepsLong press the power button to turn on the device. It defaults to Level 1 vibration + 40°C heat + synchronized red light. Adjust 5-level heat/red light intensity and 3 vibration modes as needed. The red light brightness synchronously increases with heat level for optimal therapy.
3. Recommended Usage Duration & FrequencySingle session: 10–20 minutes (follows 20-minute auto shut-off setting). Daily use: 1–2 sessions. For sports recovery or cold joint discomfort, use 2 sessions daily for better results.
