Shipping Destination

  • OmyGuard currently ships to the United States,United Kingdom,Australia,Canada,New Zealand,EU.
  • Note: Shipping restrictions may apply to certain products due to factors such as local/state laws, hazmat materials, large or oddly shaped items, or specific address types that some carriers cannot deliver to.
  • We are currently unable to service the following continental U.S. states and territories (Last updated Nov 25, 2022)

Shipping Principles & Warehouse Selection

To optimize your shopping experience, we adhere to the principles of "Nearest Location Shipping" and "Dynamic Inventory Allocation":

  • Priority Local Shipping: When you place an order, our system will prioritize shipping from a local warehouse in your country or region. This ensures you receive your products as quickly as possible and may save on international shipping costs.
  • Smart Inventory Allocation: The specific warehouse that fulfills your order depends on real-time stock levels of the products you purchase. If the local warehouse is out of stock, we may arrange shipment from another warehouse with available inventory (including our China warehouse) to prevent delays in receiving your order.
  • Cross-Border Shipping Note: If your order is shipped from China or another overseas warehouse, the shipping time may be longer. Please be aware that such shipments may require import customs clearance procedures. Any applicable import duties and taxes will be covered by us.

 

Order Processing & Shipment

  • Shipping Time: Normally, orders will ship within 2–7 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted elsewhere on the website, at the time the order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item has been delayed.
  • Delivery Estimates: Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed.
  • Split Shipments: Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Risk of Loss: We're responsible for your order until it safely reaches your hands. The item officially becomes yours once the carrier delivers it to you.
  • Carriers: Orders for the United States mainly use DHL/UPS/FedEx for deliveries.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is shipped, expected delivery times are as follows:

Delivery Address

  • Accuracy is Essential: A complete and correct delivery address is essential.
  • Address Changes: Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
  • Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to OmyGuard, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment.
  • Notice: Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to current provisions (e.g., schools).

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • USA and EU: Prices on omyguard.com include VAT for all deliveries to the USA and EU countries.
  • Outside USA/EU/Australia: Orders made outside the EU, Australia, or the USA may be subject to additional import tax and duty once the order reaches its designated country.
  • Customer Responsibility: As OmyGuard has no control over these charges, the customer is responsible for the payment of any eventual VAT, GST, custom charges, duties, or tariffs.

 

Cancellations, Returns, and Tracking

  • Order Cancellation: Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped.
  • Returns: You can return the package to us after it has been received. It should be returned to us unopened within 30 days. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return on the package or box.
  • Tracking: Your account will show your order is “completed” once confirmed and verified. When the order is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number that you can use to track your package on the shipping company's website.
